Picked up this neat Salt and Pepper set today while out enjoying the first really nice day of the Spring. They glow nicely, the tops are super clean, and they have a great Deco shape! I have no idea who made them, but they're very cool!

Thanks for the info icollectglas! I see now that the tops have been replaced on these, I'll have to look for some originals.
