leif tier cake plate fenton???

Here is a sweet piece my grandmother left me.It is leaf tier.It looks like fenton,but I can't find it in any of my books.Stands 2" tall and is 12 1.4" across.It is French opalescent in color.Thank you and God speed. Gene
