Love the colors and the design.
Orange appears to be a transfer, while the gold is painted on.
I didn't catorgize this as Asian, because the backmark looks, I don't know what it is, a Tea Cup & A Dove.
I'm almost afraid to try Google Images,...the crazy stuff that comes up, hurts my eyes.
