Here's an old, cast iron waffle iron that I bought at a flea market earlier this year. I've recently become interested in cast iron. Anyway, he had it marked at $8, but he took the $5 that I offered him. It's been sitting in the garage ever since. Last week I decided to build an electrolysis tank to get all of the rust off of it. It worked great and got every bit of rust off. I finally got it seasoned yesterday, and here it is. One guy told me that it's from the very early 1900s. Unfortunately, there's no name on it.
