With Christmas Dinner & New Year's feasting just around the corner, time to post my French Copper Pots & Pans.
Out of all my copper cookware this is my favorite pan to cook with. Heavy 2mm thick copper & tin-lined to perfection. It is from the 1960's, and luckily for me the original owner never used it to cook with. This vintage cooking vessel of beauty spent almost half a century hanging around in a kitchen looking beautiful. But since I've had it and many many gourmet meals later, the copper has taken up a rich loved color that copper cookware glows with appreciation for their services with fine cooking. It's a "Heavy-Hitter" all the way! =)
