This is my lobster mold for crab cake or lobster cake. It measures 10 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 2 inches deep. I really enjoy classical culinary dishes, and if anyone is familiar with classical dishes, presentation is also key to the intricate recipes. But I couldn't use this for a dessert mold, just something about a sweet lobster just doesn't appeal to the palate. It also looks great hanging in my kitchen amongst my other copper kitchen molds.
